American democracy and society thrive on our diverse cultures, experiences and points of view. Imagine what we can do in the next 20 years if we more fully engage diverse talents and ideas within our profession to achieve our mission-based work. Just think how that could increase our effectiveness and impact.Social empowerment issues have become the basis for the subsequent economic empowerment of women.

The on site collaborations with schools,civil societies,business affiliates and youth leaders both in the US and South Asian regions have made this project truly a global alliance and social initiative  culminating in the form of family agenda of inspired groups and people from all walks of life. The spirit  to educate fellow brothers and sisters has been incredibly successful using social approaches to core societal problems.The countries that are part of this robust educational initiative are India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines  and  the  US.

With little guidance, encouragement and space to grow and exhibit their talent and abilities, people who have been considered ‘very ordinary’ and written off by society, are doing extraordinary things that defy description.
